About the role
A recruitment firm is looking for a Group Compensation and Benefits Lead in Dubai. The role manages job grading frameworks, salary structures and reward practices across several territories.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate positions and maintain job families and job descriptions
- Develop competitive salary bands
- Support short-term and long-term incentive programmes
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a related specialist function
- Extensive hands-on expertise in job grading and job evaluation methodologies
- Experience supporting compensation across multiple countries or legal entities
