About the role
As a Group Conference and Events Executive you will drive revenue by securing group and conference bookings while delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Convert leads into bookings by responding to group and event enquiries and meeting sales targets.
- Identify upselling opportunities and increase conversion rates through high‑quality sales tactics.
- Manage the events calendar to optimise yield and space utilisation.
- Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds to showcase spaces and services.
- Ensure accurate administration and smooth handover of booked events for successful on‑property delivery.
- Participate in promotional activities to increase visibility and drive GCE business.
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and client‑relationship management.
