About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests, guiding them through arrival and departure experiences with a personalized touch.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports related to arrivals and departures.
- Provide local area highlights, assist with luggage, and ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out procedures.
- Move, lift, and handle objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance while remaining on feet for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
