First impressions are everything. Our Guest Arrival Experts deliver memorable arrival and departure experiences for guests at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. They guide guests through check‑in, provide local highlights, and ensure a smooth, personalized service from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
• Move freely within the property to perform tasks as needed, ensuring timely assistance.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Required skills

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb unaided or up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards and protect company assets.
