About the role
Join W Hotels as a Guest Experience Agent, delivering memorable and unique service throughout the guest stay. You will be empowered to move across the property, handling operational tasks, guest requests, and local highlights.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete reports.
- Address guest requests and ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow policies, and protect company assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
