About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert at Ajman Saray, you will be the face of the resort, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. This full‑time position is ideal for a German‑speaking individual who thrives in a dynamic, luxury‑hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through all phases of their stay, from arrival to departure.
• Process operational requests, address guest inquiries, and complete daily reports.
• Share local highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Move freely throughout the property to assist guests, handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Maintain a safe, professional workplace by following company policies and protecting assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Fluent in German and English.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks for extended periods.
• Commitment to confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance.
