About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable stay at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will be the primary point of contact, assisting with check‑in, check‑out, luggage handling, and local area information.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, guest requests, and complete required reports.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transport luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas.
- Provide local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance), and navigating stairs or service ramps.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professional appearance, and clear communication.
