About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai. You will move throughout the property, handling operational tasks, guest requests, and luggage assistance while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process check‑in/check‑out, handle operational needs and complete required reports.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles, transport luggage to rooms or bell area, and provide local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance) and moving through confined or elevated spaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks.
