About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dubai delivers memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling operational tasks, guest requests, and local area recommendations while maintaining safety and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and handle guest transactions as part of the overall experience.
- Address guest requests promptly, provide local area highlights, and ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out process.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 10 lb, and moving around the property as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light manual tasks.
Required skills
- Professional appearance and communication.
- Ability to follow confidentiality, safety, and quality procedures.
