Guest Relations Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the InterContinental Dubai Marina team as a Guest Relations Agent, delivering warm, sophisticated service to a diverse international clientele in a five‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in the lobby with a sincere hospitality attitude.
• Escort guests to their rooms following hotel policies.
• Conduct daily courtesy calls for arrivals, pre‑stay, post‑stay, IHG Rewards Club, Ambassador and return guests.
• Handle guest queries, special requests and complaints politely and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Update and maintain guest profiles and preferences in the PMS, ensuring accurate history logs.
• Promote recognition of IHG Rewards Club and Ambassador members to achieve high survey scores.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Opera PMS.
