Guest Relations & Check‑in Executive (Dubai)

About the role

GOGOTO BNB is a fast‑growing holiday‑homes operator in Dubai. We are looking for a proactive Guest Relations & Check‑in Executive to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, 5‑star experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs across multiple short‑term rental apartments.
• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay via phone, WhatsApp and booking platforms.
• Coordinate arrival times, access instructions and property handovers.
• Assist guests with questions, requests and issues, and encourage genuine 5‑star reviews.
• Maintain accurate guest records and operational updates in property‑management systems.
• Inspect apartments prior to arrival and respond quickly to urgent situations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and internal operations teams.
• Travel between properties in Dubai and be reachable during assigned duty hours.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai holiday homes, hotels, serviced apartments or short‑term rentals.
• Strong English communication skills and confident guest‑handling ability.
• Ability to manage difficult guests calmly and professionally.
• UAE driving licence and own car are strongly preferred.
• Availability for flexible shift timings, including weekends and public holidays.
