Guest Relations Coordinator

About the role

haus & haus, an award-winning real estate agency in Dubai covering residential sales and leasing, short term and holiday rentals, off-plan and investments, property management and commercial properties, is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator for its Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. The role suits someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and uses their own initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 50 properties, area specific.
• Coordinate tenant issues on a daily basis and handle guest check-ins and check-outs 24 hours a day.
• Schedule housekeeping requirements and coordinate maintenance with in-house or third-party teams.
• Maintain a high occupancy rate throughout the year and carry out inventory checks after guests leave.
• Answer leads by email, phone and WhatsApp, respond to enquiries on international platforms and facilitate viewings.
• Track, remind and collect due rental payments, return security deposits and record bookings and client information in the PMS system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Driving licence and a car are a must.
• Experience in Dubai is essential; knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
• Proven experience improving customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
