Guest Relations Executive - Casea 101

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Hostess to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm in Dubai. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure a seamless dining experience for every guest, managing reservations, seating, and supporting special events.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Manage reservations, walk‑ins, and waiting lists efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and coordinate seating to optimize turnover.
• Maintain an organized reservations system and communicate guest preferences to service and kitchen teams.
• Answer telephone inquiries regarding reservations, menu details, and restaurant policies.
• Support the service team during peak hours and ensure the hostess stand and entrance area remain clean and presentable.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Assist in coordinating special events, group bookings, and VIP arrangements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an upscale 5‑star hotel or resort restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
• Excellent personal presentation, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships with high‑profile, diverse clientele.
• Dynamic team player committed to delivering the highest level of guest service.
• Fluent English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
