Guest Relations Executive - Outdoor Bar & Lounge

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive for the Outdoor Bar & Lounge will be the primary face of the guest experience at Shangri‑La Dubai. You will build meaningful connections, deliver personalized service and ensure every visit is memorable while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their stay.
• Welcome, greet and attend to guests promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Handle feedback and complaints courteously, resolving issues to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Drive suggestive selling and create memorable moments that encourage repeat visits.
• Present guest bills when required and maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system.
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to guarantee smooth operations and exceptional service.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage service techniques and guest engagement practices.
• Ability to thrive in an outdoor bar and lounge environment.
• Passion for interacting with guests and delivering outstanding hospitality.
• Fluent English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star hotel is preferred.
