About the role
The Guest Relations Officer will engage with customers, understand their needs and promote our products and services to drive sales conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Promote products/services, support sales conversion and achieve individual and team targets.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Build positive relationships to encourage repeat business and support retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate interaction records.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target‑oriented, customer‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
- Basic CRM knowledge
