About the role
Join the hotel team to create memorable experiences for every guest. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out while delivering the warmth of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms and issue keys.
- Process check‑out, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts using the POS system.
- Provide comprehensive information on hotel offerings, rates, promotions and local area attractions.
- Promote hotel amenities and up‑sell services to maximize revenue.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly and manage communications.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork and ownership mindset.
- Ability to act with urgency and discipline in every interaction.
