Gym Instructor – Luxury Hotel Fitness Center

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Gym Instructor to join the fitness team at St. Regis Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality fitness instruction to hotel guests and members, promoting the club’s services, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized fitness sessions and group classes in line with St. Regis standards.
• Develop and update fitness systems, procedures, and class schedules.
• Promote and sell personal training packages, meeting revenue targets.
• Assist the Nation Riviera Manager with daily operations and special projects.
• Ensure all gym equipment is inspected, serviced, and safely used.
• Monitor exercise techniques, provide corrective feedback, and guarantee client safety.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well‑organized workout area.
• Participate in mandatory training courses and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering gym instruction in a hospitality or luxury setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to motivate diverse clientele.
• Ability to work under the guidance of the manager and collaborate with the recreation team.
• Commitment to health‑ and safety standards and continuous professional development.
