About the role
The Golf Resort in Dubai is looking for an enthusiastic Head Hostess to lead one of its outlets. You will plan, organise and control daily operations while delivering high‑quality service to maximise sales and uphold brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all pre‑shift duties such as waiter slips, booking sheets, VIP identification and pre‑orders.
- Identify guest preferences, dining times and food‑drink choices to personalise service.
- Coordinate with the team to maximise daily bookings and inform guests about upcoming events.
- Keep guests updated on table status throughout their visit.
- Train reception staff according to the manual and conduct regular training sessions.
- Monitor staff performance to ensure responsibilities are carried out effectively.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well‑kept outlet environment at all times.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic attitude towards hospitality.
