Head of Business Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives. The role requires a strong sales background, strategic thinking, and the ability to build high‑performing teams while driving revenue in the Corporate Service Provider (CSP) sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and expansion targets.
• Lead, mentor and manage the business development team to maximise performance.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• Drive lead generation, client acquisition and revenue growth through effective sales tactics.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports and performance analyses for senior management.
• Negotiate and close high‑value deals while ensuring achievement of individual and team KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, with at least 2‑3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the Corporate Service Provider (CSP) industry or UAE business setup is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, aggressive and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
