Head of Distribution – B2B eCommerce

About the role

Pattern, a leading eCommerce accelerator, is seeking a Head of Distribution to lead B2B go‑to‑market initiatives from its Dubai office. You will shape retail partnership strategies, negotiate distribution agreements and drive sales growth for a portfolio of high‑profile brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure online and offline retail partnerships aligned with brand objectives.
• Develop, negotiate and manage distribution agreements and commercial terms.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across order placement, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, monitor service levels and maximise sales opportunities.
• Analyse weekly/monthly business reports, flag concerns and take proactive corrective actions.
• Review and maintain optimal stock levels, collaborating with marketing to uphold brand standards.
• Budget projected distribution revenue, monitor performance and work with finance and merchandising to optimise outcomes.
• Support brand management through store visits, training initiatives and coordination of marketing materials and brand trials.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in distribution, retail partnerships or related eCommerce functions.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and manage cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales and inventory data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with wholesale and internal teams.
