Head of Distribution – Fintech

About the role

The Head of Distribution will spearhead capital formation for a suite of crypto‑native and traditional alternative funds, expanding the institutional investor base and delivering a seamless end‑to‑end investor experience from first contact through subscription, redemption and ongoing servicing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full capital‑raising process across open‑ and closed‑end funds, hedge funds, venture and private‑credit vehicles.
• Develop and present compelling investor materials that articulate strategy, performance and opportunities.
• Coordinate subscription, redemption and servicing workflows to ensure a frictionless LP experience.
• Build and maintain deep, long‑term relationships with LPs, focusing on tier‑1 institutional investors.
• Oversee compliance activities including KYC and AML checks.
• Collaborate closely with investment, legal and operations teams to align fundraising efforts with firm strategy.
• Report directly to the CEO on fundraising progress and investor sentiment.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in institutional fundraising and investor relations.
• Proven track record of securing commitments from traditional and crypto‑native allocators.
• Extensive network of pensions, endowments, foundations, OCIOs, fund‑of‑funds, family offices and crypto‑focused investors.
• Strong passion for the crypto and Web3 ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
