About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Secondary Market to build and lead our resale team in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the strategy and execution of the secondary real‑estate brokerage business, driving growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage and grow the secondary market team.
- Recruit and train high‑performing brokers.
- Drive listings, transactions and team revenue.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance.
- Support brokers with negotiations and deal closing.
- Develop strong relationships with sellers, buyers and investors.
Required profile
- Strong Dubai secondary market experience.
- Proven team leadership and sales track record.
- Excellent market knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Target‑driven and commercially focused.
