Heating & Air Conditioning Technician

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose system issues, perform troubleshooting and carry out repairs on air‑conditioning units, ventilation equipment and related controls.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as routine inspections, cleaning, performance checks and condensate drainage.
• Document work performed, follow company and regulatory safety standards, and interact professionally with clients on‑site.
• Coordinate with the broader maintenance team and support other building services, especially within MEP projects.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting ability for HVAC systems and related building services.
• Experience with plumbing tasks linked to HVAC installations, including condensate drainage and system connections.
• Knowledge of EPA‑related standards and environmental regulations for handling refrigerants.
• Proficiency in electrical work, safe handling of wiring and control systems in HVAC units.
• Previous experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation and repair, preferably on MEP projects in the UAE.
