About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Demonstrate tools, cross‑sell software and services, and guide customers to innovative, cost‑effective solutions.
• Handle order entry, goods receiving, repair acceptance, inventory management and cash handling.
• Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to local contractors and large construction clients.

Required profile

• UAE national with a family book, residing in Abu Dhabi.
• Bachelor’s degree; engineering background or sales experience is an advantage.
• Proven motivation in a sales‑driven environment with a record of meeting targets.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, proactive, results‑oriented with strong teamwork skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
