Holidays and Visa Consultant

About the role

We are a leading Travel Destination Management Company in the UAE seeking a Holidays and Visa Consultant to design and deliver premium travel experiences. The role involves creating bespoke itineraries, managing visa processes, and supporting customers from inquiry to post‑travel follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare inbound and outbound UAE holiday programs and itineraries for distribution across partner platforms.
• Upload and distribute travel products online, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide end‑to‑end travel assistance, including airline tickets, hotel bookings, visas, cruises, tours, airport meet‑and‑greet, and ground transportation within client budgets.
• Manage ticket sales through online platforms, offline channels, social media, and phone.
• Handle B2C and B2B bookings using Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems.
• Develop tailor‑made quotations, packages, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) programs from scratch.
• Liaise with a global network of suppliers and vendors to secure competitive rates and services.
• Collect payments, conduct customer follow‑up, and generate reports on sales pipelines and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling travel destinations in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
• Strong knowledge of global visa application processes and documentation.
• Excellent product knowledge of travel services and up‑to‑date destination expertise.
• Customer‑focused mindset with ability to generate repeat business and retain clients.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
