Home Care Nurse – Patient Care & Clinical Support

About the role

Enaya Home Nursing is looking for qualified nurses to provide comprehensive in‑home care for patients. You will deliver clinical services, ensure patient safety, and support families during home visits.

Key responsibilities

• Perform personal hygiene care, including bathing, oral care, grooming, and nail care.
• Administer medications, wound dressings, catheter care, and manage PEG/NG tube feeding and stoma care.
• Assist with feeding, including tube feeding, and conduct passive and range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Reposition patients every two hours to prevent bedsores and carry out colonic irrigation or enemas as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, fluid intake/output, and any changes in patient condition.
• Complete nursing notes, handover documents, and required forms accurately and on time.
• Communicate updates to patients' families, the company physician, and the nurse supervisor.
• Maintain clean and functional medical equipment such as suction machines, nebulizers, and lifters.
• Ensure the patient’s environment is clean, change bedding, and manage supply requests.
• Respond to emergencies, follow escalation procedures, and escort patients to appointments.

Required profile

• Registered nurse able to work independently in a home‑care setting.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to keep families and medical staff informed.
