Hospital Operations Consultant – Remote Expert Role

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its newest language model on high‑level hospital operations documentation. As a Hospital Operations Consultant you will apply your expertise to create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks that support core healthcare workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review AI‑generated patient throughput and bed utilization models.
• Design care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals.
• Produce service line performance dashboards and payer contract analysis decks.
• Create staffing ratio, labor cost optimization models, and quality‑and‑patient‑safety improvement reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, health‑system consulting, or care‑delivery redesign.
• Direct ownership of patient throughput and service‑line performance projects.
• Proven ability to build staffing, reimbursement, or throughput models for senior leadership.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with excellent written communication.
