Hospitality Buyer – Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Buyer to manage procurement of goods and services for our hotel and restaurant operations in Dubai. The role involves sourcing quality products, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely purchases while achieving cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure food, beverage, operating supplies, equipment, furniture, fixtures and other hospitality items.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with stores and support month‑end reporting.
• Evaluate supplier performance, resolve issues and maintain accurate supplier records.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, maintain documentation and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of food & beverage purchasing, operating supplies, FF&E and hospitality procurement processes.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, FMC, BirchStreet or Materials Control.
