About the role

As a Hostess in Banqueting and Conventions at Atlantis The Palm, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure. You will use your natural charm and communication abilities to engage with guests in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and bid them farewell at the end of their visit.
• Provide a positive first impression and maintain high standards of guest service.
• Engage in natural conversation, answering basic queries and directing guests as needed.
• Collaborate with the banquet and conventions team to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in internal and external training to enhance food‑and‑beverage knowledge.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant environment, or comparable international exposure.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
