About the role
Gastronaut Hospitality is seeking a professional and welcoming Hostess for its vibrant venues in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating process in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage seating arrangements and maintain an organized waiting list.
- Coordinate with the floor team to optimise table turnover.
- Handle guest inquiries and direct them to appropriate areas.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable host stand.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or guest‑service roles.
- Professional, presentable appearance and confident demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑traffic, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
