Hostess – Guest Service at Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a smooth dining experience at our luxury hotel in Dubai. The role involves greeting guests, guiding them to their tables, and providing attentive service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size, and seat them at clean, properly set tables.
• Pull out chairs, present menus, and ensure each guest has the correct place settings, napkins, and silverware.
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Follow company safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete required training.
• Uphold uniform and personal appearance standards and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional communication skills and ability to answer phones with proper etiquette.
• Commitment to confidentiality, quality standards, and teamwork.
