About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Guest Environment Expert) ensures that every guest experiences a pristine and welcoming environment throughout the property. Working at a luxury Ritz‑Carlton hotel in Dubai, you will uphold the brand’s Gold Standards by delivering exceptional housekeeping services.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to the highest quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and replenish supplies.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies while performing duties.
• Maintain professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication with guests and team members.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle repetitive physical activity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent quality.
• Understanding of hotel housekeeping procedures and guest‑service etiquette.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
