Housekeeping Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee daily cleaning operations in a five‑star hotel that is part of the Accor network. You will guide room attendants, ensure high standards of hygiene, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings and grooming inspections for room attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and monitor performance of housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with engineering for maintenance issues and prepare job orders.
• Manage VIP room preparation, lost‑and‑found reporting, and inventory of linen.
• Oversee fumigation, flower arrangement maintenance, and “Do Not Disturb” room handling.
• Ensure proper trolley placement and adherence to key‑issue procedures.
• Report irregularities, sick leaves, and security concerns to the Housekeeper and Security Office.

Required profile

• University degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a five‑star hotel.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary service.
• Strong teamwork and verbal communication skills.
