About the role
The Housing Supervisor supports the management team in handling employee relations, recruitment compliance, and daily operational tasks at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and resolving employee relations issues and communicate with HR management.
- Ensure hiring and recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and disseminate HR information to employees.
- Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
- Maintain confidentiality, follow safety policies, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
- Welcome guests, use professional language, and operate point‑of‑sale or computer systems.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
