HR Executive

About the role

Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to support its human resources operations in Dubai. The role covers recruitment, employee records and administrative activities, within a technology-focused business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate recruitment: job postings, candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor attendance, leave applications and related documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the accounts department when needed.
• Prepare employment letters, offer letters, HR reports and other official documents.
• Answer employee queries about HR policies, benefits and procedures.
• Help implement company policies and maintain the employee handbook.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews and development activities.
• Support employee engagement and handle confidential information professionally.
• Assist with UAE employment documentation and visa-related coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant preferred.
• Understanding of recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
• Familiarity with UAE employment procedures and labour regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
