HR Executive – Real Estate Recruitment

About the role

KAAYA Prime Realty is seeking a proactive HR Executive to lead talent acquisition for its real‑estate brokerage in Dubai. The role focuses on recruiting property consultants, sales managers and other corporate positions while ensuring full compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for property consultants, sales managers and corporate roles, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, oversee onboarding and maintain employee documentation.
• Handle MOHRE procedures, employment contracts, visa coordination and employee records.
• Manage RERA registration and related compliance for eligible staff.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, HR reports and support performance management and policy implementation.

Required profile

• Previous HR experience within a UAE real‑estate brokerage or real‑estate company.
• Proven track record recruiting property consultants and sales professionals.
• Working knowledge of MOHRE procedures, UAE employment documentation and visa coordination.
• Strong communication, organisational and candidate‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
