HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Abu Dhabi, Mussafah. The role focuses on supporting our operations in the oil & gas, manufacturing and industrial sectors, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations and delivering a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR activities for a large blue‑collar workforce, including mass recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate accommodation and transportation logistics for workers.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Provide strategic HR leadership and support to senior management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on HR experience with international or regional companies.
• Background in oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Proven professional HR leadership experience in the UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE labour legislation.
• Experience managing blue‑collar recruitment, accommodation and transport.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
