About the role
Luxury Facilities is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves recruiting, supporting employees, and collaborating with management to create a productive workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding across departments.
- Manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs with finance.
- Support managers with performance reviews, employee development, and retention.
- Ensure HR policies comply with UAE employment requirements and handle offboarding and exit interviews.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR procedures.
- Hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong Arabic communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Excellent organization, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information.
