In-House Legal Manager

About the role

Zoya Developments LLC is looking for an experienced In-House Legal Manager to support its real‑estate development activities in Dubai. You will serve as the primary legal advisor for corporate and property‑related matters, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations while protecting the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to senior management on corporate and real‑estate issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, RERA, DLD and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, delivering practical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE‑based experience as an In‑House Legal Manager or Legal Counsel in the real‑estate sector.
• LLB required; LLM or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, real‑estate regulations, RERA and DLD.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
