About the role
We are looking for an In‑Vehicle Safety Operator to join our autonomous‑vehicle testing team in Dubai. You will work directly inside autonomous cars during real‑world road trials, ensuring that every test is carried out safely and in line with our procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Operate inside autonomous vehicles during road testing and routine driving activities.
- Support hardware and software update testing and validation.
- Assist with cloud‑cabin and connected‑vehicle testing.
- Identify and report any operational or safety concerns.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure safe completion of tests.
- Participate in special experience, demonstration, and VIP vehicle sessions.
Required profile
- Previous experience in automotive operations, vehicle testing, transportation, fleet operations or a similar environment.
- Strong awareness of road safety and safe driving practices.
- Comfortable working with new technology and autonomous systems.
