Indoor Sales Agent – Travel & Tourism (4 vacancies)

About the role

Join a leading Dubai‑based travel company to handle customer inquiries and actively promote holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours and other travel‑related services.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable packages, destinations and services while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and inquiries, and convert prospective customers into confirmed bookings, achieving assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, provide pre‑ and post‑sales support, and coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth bookings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, holiday packages or related hospitality sector.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly targets.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; additional languages and UAE travel & tourism experience are advantageous.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, holiday packages, flight and hotel bookings.
• Familiarity with GDS/reservation systems is an advantage.
