About the role
The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay is seeking an Information Technology Intern to support its IT operations and provide first‑level assistance to guests and team members.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑level IT support to guests and staff.
- Assist with daily IT operational tasks, checklists, and backup verification.
- Support the IT team with documentation, administrative duties, and hardware/software inventory.
- Troubleshoot basic computer hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and IT concepts.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
