Inside Sales Executive – Arabic Speaker (Cars)

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive for Dubizzle Cars, you will drive revenue by engaging customers over the phone and during occasional field visits. You will use your Arabic language skills to understand client needs, recommend tailored automotive services, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and qualify leads from cold, warm and hot sources.
• Consult customers to recommend value‑added services such as insurance, warranties and financing.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals via calls, emails and text messages.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Record all interactions, opportunities and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to sales management to improve processes and offerings.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience.
• Experience in selling used‑car services, insurance, warranties or financing is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly organized with aggressive follow‑up capabilities.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet deadlines.
