Inside Sales Intern – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Intern who is fluent in French to join our Sales & Business Development team in Dubai. The role offers hands‑on exposure to lead generation, customer communication, and regional sales initiatives across French‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Contact potential customers and support the scheduling of meetings or product demonstrations.
• Support outbound prospecting campaigns targeting French‑speaking markets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in French and English.
• Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business or a related field.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) and a good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
