Insurance Advisor – Individual Life (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Life Direct Sales Force in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering bespoke life insurance solutions to a diverse clientele while driving growth in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients, generate sales leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Understand clients' life insurance and savings needs and propose customized plans.
• Assist with policy renewals, amendments, claims and manage client portfolios.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of various life insurance products and their benefits.
• Adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Life insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
• Proficiency in English.
