About the role

We are seeking a motivated Interior Design Sales Specialist to drive business growth in our luxury design gallery in Dubai. The role focuses on proactive outreach, lead qualification, and building a robust sales pipeline rather than closing high‑value deals. This position offers strong development opportunities for driven individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach through calls, emails and digital platforms.
• Re‑engage dormant leads and activate existing client databases.
• Identify, qualify and schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups and timely communication with prospects.
• Welcome and engage walk‑in clients professionally at the gallery.
• Present a clear overview of services and offerings.
• Accurately capture and maintain client information.
• Update and manage CRM systems with precision.
• Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and goal‑oriented.
• Comfortable engaging with clients both in person and online.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities efficiently.
• Interest in a creative, luxury and design‑focused environment.
