About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new international markets for expansion.
• Build, manage, and energize a network of distributors across multiple countries.
• Support partners in executing local commercial strategies and monitor performance.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through negotiation to signed contract.
• Unlock sustainable commercial opportunities in both new and existing markets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and education teams to align cross‑functional efforts.
• Coordinate logistics, customs, and contractual aspects of export operations.
• Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of proven sales experience in the haircare or beauty industry, preferably on national or export markets.
• Collaborative, KPI‑driven mindset with a strong team‑player attitude.
• Natural curiosity about international markets and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
