Interventional Cardiologist

About the role

A leading hospital in the UAE is seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join its medical team. The role involves diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions, performing interventional procedures, and providing comprehensive care for complex cardiac patients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of cardiovascular diseases.
• Perform interventional cardiac procedures, including coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
• Evaluate and manage patients with coronary artery disease and acute coronary syndromes.
• Assess patients before and after procedures and monitor recovery.
• Manage emergency cardiac cases and provide timely interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a recognised postgraduate qualification in Cardiology.
• Specialised training or fellowship in Interventional Cardiology preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of hospital experience in Interventional Cardiology.
• Strong clinical, procedural, and communication skills.
