IT Graduate Programme for Emirati Nationals

About the role

Emirates Group is launching a two‑year IT Graduate Programme designed exclusively for Emirati university graduates. The programme combines structured training, mentorship and hands‑on projects to develop the next generation of aviation technology leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑the‑job training across various IT functions within the airline.
• Shadow senior IT professionals and contribute to real‑world technology projects.
• Attend workshops, technical instruction and continuous learning sessions.
• Apply academic knowledge to solve operational challenges in aviation IT.
• Upon successful completion, transition into a permanent IT role within Emirates.

Required profile

• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 in a Bachelor’s degree related to Information Technology.
• At least 21 years old with a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid.
• English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 510.
• Completed National Service (males only).
