IT Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead regulatory technology projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Lead project initiation activities, define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholder approval.
• Monitor project progress, resolve delivery issues, and manage change requests.
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership and act as the single point of contact for IT on all regulatory topics.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure compliance with Daman’s project management framework.
• Coordinate with the PMO team to manage inter‑project dependencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in technology project management.
• At least 3 years delivering application solutions and presenting to senior executives.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
